General Terms

Legal Basis for Using the Interface

Dexsport makes an online gateway available for users who wish to interact with its ecosystem. This gateway includes dexsport.io, connected tools, and related access points. In these Terms, all of these elements are referred to as the “Interface”.

The Interface may connect users with software functions, data protocol elements, virtual currency tools, decentralized interaction mechanisms, and liquidity-related features. Access is allowed only under the rules set out in this document. By visiting, opening, connecting to, or otherwise using the Interface, the user accepts these Terms as a binding agreement with Dexsport.

If the Interface is used for a company, organization, or other legal entity, the person acting on its behalf confirms that they have authority to bind that entity. Anyone who does not accept these Terms must not use the Interface. Use of the Interface also means acceptance of the dispute rules below, including individual arbitration where applicable and waiver of class or representative actions.

Who Is Not Allowed to Access

The Interface is intended only for users who are at least eighteen years old, have legal capacity, and may enter into a binding agreement with Dexsport. Users must also make sure that their access does not violate applicable laws, sanctions, regulations, or restrictions.

The Interface must not be used by persons or entities connected with the United States, including citizens, residents, incorporated entities, or entities with a registered office or principal place of business there. Access is also prohibited from restricted territories, including Myanmar, Ivory Coast, Burundi, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Belarus, Antigua and Barbuda, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Liberia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Nepal, Somalia, Morocco, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Ecuador, and any jurisdiction subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.

Users must not disguise their location or access status through VPNs, proxies, IP masking, address-hiding tools, or similar methods. Dexsport may refuse, limit, suspend, or block access to the Interface for any user, entity, location, or jurisdiction at any time.

Compliance, Taxes and Asset Origin

Each user is responsible for checking whether use of the Interface is lawful where they are located or otherwise subject to regulation. Dexsport does not provide legal, tax, reporting, filing, licensing, or regulatory advice and has no obligation to warn users about duties that may apply to them.

The Interface must not be used where access would be unlawful or where it would impose registration, licensing, reporting, or other legal obligations on Dexsport that Dexsport has not accepted. Users must also ensure that any virtual currency or crypto asset used in connection with Dexsport comes from lawful sources.

Dexsport may deny access where assets are connected with illegal activity. This includes drug trade, dark web activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, criminal proceeds, or any other unlawful source.

What the Interface Does Not Control

The Interface may allow users to interact with decentralized networks, virtual currency systems, blockchain tools, protocol-related functions, and supporting software. These systems are not risk-free. They may involve cryptographic failures, network congestion, virtual currency volatility, smart contract defects, protocol errors, transaction delays, and changing on-chain fees.

Dexsport does not operate or control the underlying blockchain networks, public blockchain software, virtual currency systems, transaction confirmation processes, or the Protocol itself. Once an on-chain interaction is initiated by a user, Dexsport cannot cancel, reverse, modify, confirm, or guarantee it.

Information displayed through the Interface is provided for reference only. It is not an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or technical instruction. Users should seek advice from qualified independent specialists before making decisions involving digital assets, taxes, law, technology, or financial exposure.

User Risk and Wallet Security

By using the Interface, users acknowledge the risks of blockchain-based assets and decentralized technology. Each user remains responsible for their own decisions, wallet activity, transactions, and related actions.

Digital asset markets may move sharply because of liquidity, adoption, speculation, security events, technological changes, regulation, market sentiment, or other factors. Network speed and transaction costs may also change without warning. Dexsport assumes no liability for losses connected with market movement, blockchain conditions, failed transactions, delayed transactions, fees, volatility, or similar circumstances.

Users must protect their own private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, devices, and virtual currency. Dexsport is not responsible for wallets, assets, private keys, credentials, devices, or passwords that are lost, stolen, mishandled, compromised, or impossible to recover.

Conduct Rules

Users must not use the Interface for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, harmful, or security-related conduct. Prohibited activity includes:

  • violating these Terms or applicable law;
  • infringing intellectual property, privacy, or similar rights;
  • interfering with networks, servers, wallets, devices, or systems;
  • distributing harmful code or attacking platform functionality;
  • reverse engineering the Interface;
  • publishing false or misleading information;
  • manipulating markets, spoofing, wash trading, or committing fraud;
  • attempting to obtain another person’s private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, or account information;
  • laundering crypto assets or using funds linked to crime, dark web activity, drug trade, fraud, theft, or sanctions evasion;
  • bypassing territorial restrictions through VPNs, proxies, IP masking, or similar tools.

Assisting another person in prohibited conduct is also not allowed. If Dexsport believes that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, access restrictions, or security requirements, Dexsport may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Interface.

Platform Rights and Submitted Content

Dexsport owns or controls rights in the Interface and protected materials made available through it. These materials may include software, text, interface design, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and other protected content. Open-source protocol software remains governed by its own applicable rules.

Using the Interface does not transfer ownership, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights to the user. Users may not copy, modify, adapt, license, sell, publish, distribute, or allow third parties to use the Interface or its content without express authorization from Dexsport.

Users keep ownership of materials they submit through the Interface. By submitting materials, users grant Dexsport a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, publish, transmit, distribute, and process those materials in accordance with applicable law. Feedback, comments, bug reports, suggestions, and similar submissions may be used by Dexsport without payment or confidentiality obligations.

Third-Party Links and Privacy

The Interface may contain links or references to third-party websites, products, services, materials, promotions, or other resources. Dexsport does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee those resources. Users who access them do so at their own risk.

Use of the Interface also involves acknowledgment of Dexsport’s Privacy Policy. Personal information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and otherwise processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy and applicable rules.

No Guarantees

The Interface is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dexsport disclaims warranties of every kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This applies to the Interface, the Protocol, software code, data, content, and related information.

Dexsport does not guarantee that the Interface will be accurate, complete, reliable, secure, available, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, free from defects, or free from harmful components. No statement, message, data point, or material made available through the Interface creates a warranty. Users accept the risks connected with using the Interface.

Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexsport and its related parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages. This includes loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, private keys, virtual currency, or other intangible property.

This limitation applies to losses connected with hacking, unauthorized access, interruptions, technical failures, errors, bugs, viruses, third-party conduct, lost credentials, lost assets, or reliance on information obtained through the Interface.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dexsport and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of the Interface, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or use of the Interface by another party with the user’s assistance.

Dispute Rules

Any dispute between a user and Dexsport relating to the Interface or these Terms is personal to those parties. Users may act only in an individual capacity and may not bring class arbitration, class action, collective action, or representative proceedings.

Before formal proceedings begin, the user must send a notice to [email protected]. The notice must include the user’s name, mailing address, email address, description of the dispute, and requested remedy. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, either party may begin arbitration where permitted by these Terms.

Any claim must be filed within one year from the date the dispute arises. If this deadline is missed, the right to bring the claim is permanently barred.

Governing Law and Final Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seychelles, excluding conflict of laws principles. Any unresolved dispute must be resolved by binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in English, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from different parties or preside over class, representative, or multi-party proceedings. The Interface is deemed to be based in the Seychelles, and access from another location does not create jurisdiction outside the Seychelles.

Dexsport may publish updated versions of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when the user first accesses or uses the Interface after the updated version is posted. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If the user does not accept the revised Terms, the user must stop using the Interface.

Rights and obligations that should remain effective after termination of use shall continue to apply. These Terms and all incorporated supporting materials constitute the entire agreement between the user and Dexsport regarding use of the Interface and replace all prior agreements, communications, and understandings on the same subject. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
